What is PSUVVB ?
PSU GHG Validation and Verification Unit (PSUVVB) is a Unit of The Center of Measurement and Standards Accreditation (CMSA), Faculty of Sciences, Prince of Songkhla University. It is directly and auspiciously under the Dean of the faculty.
PSUVVB roles and responsibilty
The main responsibility of PSUVVB are:
- Provides GHG-emission validation ad verification services for industrial and agricultural sectors according to Thai standards of T-VER, Premiun T-VER, and CFO.
- Consultancy work on the GHG and related matters to private and public sectors.
- Provides workshops, seminars, and short courses in the fields of GHG, climate change, and their related standards.

Thai and International Standards
PSUVVB Unit strictly provides VVB services according to Thai and international standards for GHG-emissions validation and verification (CFO, T-VER, Premium T-VER, based on ISO 14065). We are strictly committed to the principles and practices established by those standards.
Adheres to Impartiality, Transparency, Customers' Confidentiality
We shell perform our GHG-VVB tasks professionally, based on the following well-established principles:
- We shell perform the GHG-VVB works based on the principles of impartiality, completeness, evidences-based, disclosure of all conditions for approval/disapproval, and customers' confidentiality. All tasks shell be conducted by competent and certified personals.
- We shell not perform the GHG-VVB works if there is any conflict of interest among the involved parties
- By strictly following ISO 14065, we shell provide sufficient communication channels, disclosing the GHG-VVB procedures in a sufficient and professional manner to our clients.
PSUVVB is an accredited VVB for green-house gas emission according to T-VER standard (based on ISO 14064). We are also preparing for being accredited in an international level.
PSUVVB IT team has more than 10-years experiences in design and development of information systems to support ISO 17025 and VVB (ISO 14064). We focus on usability, and customer satisfaction.
We are ready to provide requested workshops, seminars, conferences and short courses related to GHG, LCA, renewable energies and related standards (ISO 14064, ISO 17025, and other related standards)
